using local pickup. I did not receive a qr code and buyer paid shipping by mistake. how to fix this

eBay only sends the buyer a QR code if they select Local Pickup during Checkout.

Did you have Local Pickup as an option on the listing - has it already been paid and picked up?

If not, you can Cancel the order, relist it and have buyer checkout again with Local Pickup.
