ups claims sent to eBay?

Does anyone have some experience wit the UPS claims department I thought USPS was hard but these people really make you work for it, don't they?  The rep told me to file as third party and I did, the claims were approved but now the reps are giving me the run around. One said checks were coming to me another said paperwork was being mailed to me to send to eBay another said they would email me the paperwork immediately, still haven't gotten it though. I had 3 claims in one day one for about 90 another for 60 and one more for 50 I have no idea what happened at the store that day but everything I dropped off was destroyed like literally crushed in an uncountable amount of pieces. I can't seem to get my hands on these mysterious documents they keep telling me about. I'm starting to think they don't actually pay out claims for UPS. How do you make a system worse than the USPS system they are really pushing for me to throw in the towel I think the reps are just trolling me now.

If you bought your labels through eBay, there is a special form and email address for ups claims.  See the ups section on this page -

Since you have already started claims directly, you'll need to find a way to reference those if you resubmit them.
