uploading photos

I've been listing items and uploading photos with no problems.  All of a sudden I can't upload photos from my phone. I'm signed in as the same person on computer and phone app. I've turned off ad blocker and cleared cache and cookies. What am I missing? And is there a way to phone an ebay tecchie for help?

If you are using an android phone the latest app update has caused some problems with that phone type depending on how old it is.  Hopefully eBay is working on a fix.
