uploading a shipping label

I went to the UPS store and purchased my shipping labels,  where on ebay do I upload copies of there for shipping verification

Add, Edit, or Delete Tracking Details:

You can add tracking details through Seller Hub or My eBay whether your item was bought by an eBay member or a guest buyer. You can also edit or delete tracking details in the same place.

Seller Hub:

1. On the Seller Hub Orders page, go to Paid and shipped and find your order.
2. Select the order by checking the box next to it.
3. Select the Dispatch dropdown menu and then Add tracking number.
4. Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier, then select Save.

The buyer will then get an email with the order tracking details.

My eBay:

1. Go to the Sold section of My eBay.
2. From More actions, select Add tracking number.
3. Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier.
4. Select Submit.
