The mobile app does not have the correct messages to display for all errors that could be displayed. The most common of these errors are the selling limit errors.

You may be receiving this error because of your selling limits, although there are other errors that can cause this.

You can verify this by trying to list your item on a desktop. The correct errors will be displayed there.
