unknown charge

i saw in my credit card the transaction 492.20 eBay O*10-08714-90392

and then i contact the bank,they said: ebay provide right information for this transaction ,and they closed my case

i  didn't buy anything,inever used that card for ebay

how can i get help?

If you are certain the charge was not authorized, contact your bank to dispute the charge and to get a new card issued.
