How do I uncombine shipping of multiple items to the same seller in eBay shipping labels after the payment ?
Thanks for any help

@uniquecuriosities4sale There is no way to uncombine an order. All items would have to be canceled and then a refund issued and the buyer pays again. This is a hardship on the seller as they have to front the money for the refund since the buyers payment has not cleared yet.
Or the seller can issue a partial refund by going to the items and selecting issue refund from the drop down menu next to the item on this page: https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS

Thanks for your reply. Was wondering about printing a shipping label with the dimensions and weight of one of the packages and paying for it, and then going into the shipping labels page and in the drop down, use the option to print another label and fill in the info on the other package and print and pay for that package. I seem to remember doing that a while back and I think it worked. Had to go into the second package info and change the tracking number to the second number. Don't know if that work around has been shut down too.

Please explain why you wish to uncombine the items in that order.
Is it because you neeed to ship the separately?
If so, no need to uncombine.
You can print up to 5 labels for a single order.
Package up the items for shipping.
Weigh & measure each box.
Use the Print Shipping Label function for the first box.
Input the correct weight & dimensions.
Select your shipping method.
Purchase/print your first label.
For each additional label, use the Print/Purchase Another Label function.
You can do so from your Label Management page.

When using the Print Another Label function, all tracking numbers will be loaded to the Order.

Thanks much. That's exactly what I needed to know. I had used that method quite sometime ago, and just wanted to be sure it would still work that way. It is a situation where it is just least expensive to ship the items in the customers preferred shipping option because of the dimensional charges to their specific location. Thanks again and have a great weekend.

@uniquecuriosities4sale It is helpful in the future if you explain why you want to uncombine an order and make it clear that you are the seller .
I am glad that @kare-bearb Stepped in and gave the info you needed.
