Purchased two speakers. Seller shipped only one. Ebay offered quick resolution and refunded me for the speaker that did not shop. Problem is that I found out that the speaker I received is not authentic. (The logo is attached to the speaker with double sided tape!) Since the problem with purchase went through eBay's resolution center it is now closed and I'm unable to contact customer support about the counterfeit speaker.
What can I do to get this matter resolved?

@*greenleaf* Ebay only allows one not as described refund request per purchase.
If you paid using PayPal:
Paypal has a "return shipping on us" offer for Paypal members with a USA residence and a USA bank account linked to their paypal account. They will reimburse you up to $30 per return for up to 12 items per year.
You have to activate the offer prior to opening a return case for an item that was not as described. Payment for the item must have been made using your paypal account

You have 180 days from purchase to file an item not as described claim on paypal.
Follow all of the steps. Do not let it time out. Escalate the dispute to paypal if the seller has not refunded you a few days after tracking shows delivery. If you are returning an item to a country that does not have 1st class delivery confirmation you MUST use Priority Mail.
File the claim here https://www.paypal.com/disputes/
OR if you did not use PayPal contact your bank or credit card to see what protections you have.
