unable to add tracking #

As a seller, I marked shipped but the usual link is missing to add the tracking number..  what happened to this?

1. On the Seller Hub Orders page, go to Paid and shipped  and find your order.
2. Select the order by checking the box next to it.
3. Select the Dispatch dropdown menu and then Add tracking number.
4. Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier, then select Save.

Thanks L M.  I used to be able to add it from a drop down menu from the regular selling page but it seems thats no longer an option.  Thanks again!
