trying to return an item,, confirm return button does not work

i wrote reason why i want a return and uploaded several pictures and below that the Confirm return does not work and is not lit up blue,   seller does have a 30 day return time frame and i just received item yesterday, i contacted seller via messaging already, i've done returns before and this is first time i've had issues with it
