trying to print return label

i am trying to make a return, seller sent me label, tried to open and it said there was a technical issue and could not process my request,asked seller to resend label, said they could not, to talk to ebay , i cannot get in touch with anyone from ebay. very frustrating

Download and install the latest version of ADOBE ACROBAT READER, and specify it as the default for reading PDF files, instead of your browser's PDF reader.  Now try opening and printing your shipping label.
