Can someone tell me the two categories for trading cards that I can use the "eBay standard envelope for trading cards, stamps, post cards, and coins up to $20"? I can't recall, can't find it easily, and am having issues where eBay thinks I should spend $3 to ship something that sold for $1.49. So when I send with a regular stamp, there is no tracking, and I get dinged by eBay. Thanks!

Thanks disneyshopper...this def helps a little. But the article does not spell out the two categories and I know they are very specific. I lost the paper that I wrote the categories on when I spoke to eBay in June. Stay well!
