How can I resolve my substandard rating as a seller when I had a transaction w/13 items that were delivered too late to resolve the initial transaction claim of not getting the item from the seller. The buyer got tired of waiting and made a claim and all of the transactions fees were returned to the buyer. And the "Case" was eeventually resolved between me and the buyer as he received the package and made the payments again later. When the buyer eventually resolved the issue by making the payments again I would have thought that ebay would have changed the status of that claim as "resolved". The post office screwed up and lost the package for awhile. Because there were 13 different listings but all were sent to one buyer in one mailing it looked like a lot of cases but was only one. So I was dinged by abay as a substandard of a seller. To track all mailings would not be feasable when your items are not expensive. The postage would kill all low amount mailings. I talked to ebay and they were "unable" to change my status as I did not use tracking methods of USPS mailing. NOW they charge me 30 cents for a listing because I am below standard rating..... Seems unfair to me. What can be done?
