tracking number

I sold an item, printed the Ebay shipping label and took the package to UPS. The tracking number shows that the package was picked up and has had 2 stops on its' way to NY, but Ebay has restricted my account until I get them the tracking number. Hello! They gave me that number! I'm increasingly frustrated with their communication and am not sure I will ever use them again.

They took money from my debit card and billed me for shipping the item before that first buyer paid me. That seems to me to be out of order. He never did pay so they later returned some of the fees they charged, but why charge me before they have incurred the expenses?

Now they tell me that they are putting my account on hold and won't be paying me until March 11.

I am selling items because I need money NOW.  Instead they have just taken money from me

When the buyer pays, the transaction is in Orders > Awaiting shipment

You ship within your handling time.  It takes approximately 2 days for Managed Payments to process the payment to your checking account.  Once the bank receives the payment, it may take them 2-4 days to credit your checking account.

When you go to print the shipping label, the payment for the shipping can come from pending payouts or your Paypal account (have you specified your debit card as the default payment method?)
