Anyone hear get suspended for 10 days for something you didn't do and ebay has no good reason for the suspension so your only choice is to ride it out? Is there another platform to use that doesn't treat sellers like criminals?

When ebay suspends a member for any length of time, a message is sent explaining why.  Is it for a policy violation?

This is the message:

Your account has been restricted because activity on it didn't follow our Counterfeit item policy. We don’t allow counterfeit items, replicas, or unauthorized copies.

The listing number is 285785028701. Michael Jordan Magic Johnson signed coa upper deck 1991

This card was purchased, sent to authenticator and passed, item was shipped to the customer. 

Listings not following policy

Item: 126375485974 Kobe Bryant 2012-2013 Panini Kobe Anthology Card #154 Signed With COA

This is the card in questions and the authenticating company is the same one as the Jordan listed above. If they authenticated the jordan and it is the same authenticating company as the Kobe why did they flag it as counterfeit. I dont understand. It is the same authentication company as 100 other sellers and it is not on the ban list.

I chatted with a rep and he was useless as a $3 bill.
