I have nearly a 1000 listings, over 270K listed. I sell highly demanded marine parts. Many of my parts are 1000s of dollars in value, but ebay wont show them? WHY? They could make soo much more money off me, if they just showed them. I pay 5% promoted, and still I have 0 views on hundreds of my items. Just because some of my items are not popular thru ebay eyes, they are still demanded, but there sell through rate effects showing an item, so when a item is listed it has to build viewing history before it becomes shown a lot, that history effects my business as a whole, and ebay is losing so much money but punishing my listings, and only causes loss for both of us, dont make since to hide a listing thats worth 7000.00 as they could make so much more and me too. But they suppress the listings, and everything is now Crap on ebay! they want more fees, Promoted, but it makes no difference if you promote or not, If they sold my 7K item they would make a bunch, but instead greedbay just imposes more fees instead of showing buyers what they want! Big F Up if they want money! Instead of 10% more Promoted, make a sale and get paid 750.00 instead of a stagnate listing waiting on the seller to promote! It makes no sense walmart turd! Flat fees for everyone! Give the buyers what they are looking for! Not a showved down my throat promoted item that doesn't even come close to what im looking for! Algarithem is screwed!
Its better to sell a lot, for less profit than it is to sell a little make less, and make all sellers feal as though we are being suppressed as we try and sell on this platform. If ebay stood by its sellers, and showed buyers what they are looking for instead of the highest FEE bidder, the platform would be soo much better to sell on, but we the sellers feal like we are being now punished on this channel! If you look up a starter and get a bunch of shoes, there is a problem ebay, FIX IT PLEASE!
