I have been trying to contact some kind of ebay support to get help. I bought an item to a seller which I cannot contact. he has not any kind of email or some way to reach him out. I can't get any help from ebay either. can someone help me telling me what I can do?

Why do you need to contact him?  If you have paid for your purchase, he should ship within the handling time shown on your item - it should arrive by the estimated delivery date. There is nothing you need to do until then.
