How to submit an appeal on a closed case. I need to call Ebay US but as I am from Singapore I cannot continue with the talk which is automated therefore I cannot submit my Singapore no. I spent almost 2 hours going through the help page and none is related to my request. I just need to know why Ebay refunded the buyer when tracking update from the Post Office and screenshot of the parcel which was handed over to the post office. Also in my listing I stated this message

"Please READ before bidding to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding. This is for countries that do not have domestic tracking for international parcels.
Item will be sent by AIR which give tracking from day of PICKUP to ARRIVAL of the destination country. Once it reaches the destination country I cannot be held responsible for item lost in the domestic post. Buyer is best to contact their Postal Dept. as we have no way to track it since the package is in their hands.
Delivery 8-14 working days.
Refund will be made only if the package did not arrive the destination country."
Help is much appreciated.

You have added extra rules and regulations. They were ignored by eBay which makes sense.

 

Appealing won't help, although you can try of course.

Thanks. I really need to solve this problem.  Ebay should accept my extra rules because Singapore Post can only furnish tracking up to the arrival of the destination countries. As these countries do not provide domestic tracking for international parcels and we have no way to track the item. It is already in the hands of the local postal authorities. On the other hand  what if the parcel already delivered and the buyer can open a case for non-delivery. We have no ways to track it. Therefore Ebay should consider the extra rule I set.  I tried to call them or they call me  but not able to as on the live chat i need to enter either a US or Canada no.

The explanation in your listings can cause a refund request because you've let your buyers know it's not traceable. That is not what you want, eh?

 

What happens if you ship with signature?

You can't call eBay, only ask eBay to call you.

Did you try to contact your own eBay?
