I just tried stamps.com for first time bout 1 month ago. I woke to a negative- & no receipt of person getting their shipment-
She never once even asked me if i shipped or said it wasn't there... so i go to look--- NO tracking uploaded.
So I look on stamps and it shows a number-
I have posted that on the email... asking WHY i didnt ship or to add shipping.
Then I go to track it, NO status available! call USPS... no status available....
I call stamps.com 45 minutes with one guy, get disconnected... call back get a lady- (he did not enter 1 note about me calling!) She sends printout... i have printed it.
Numbers are still all weird- different from regular tracking. short 2 numbers- all reg have 22, these all have 20.
they all begin 000402025... then rest of numbers are different.
I cant add the 2 numbers usps has... all begin with 94- however- are 055 being 94055- completely different!
so I now have no proof other than receipt i printed and says i purchased label and date.... tracking gives no information, i have the negative . I fought so so hard for a year to get my reviews good! A year ago June a man in spanish gave me a negative - i couldn't even read it!
cant even defend myself and i had had a neutral... something busted and was also never given chance to redeem myself....
Does any one have ANY suggestions????
i'm a small one person business!

Sounds like there is nothing to be done about the tracking at this point - if you purchase a label outside of eBay, you should always be sure to immediately upload the tracking at the time to avoid dings to your metrics.
At this point, contact your buyer and apologize for the problem with the order and let her know that you aren't aware of any communication from her that the item hadn't arrived but that you will put through a refund of her payment immediately. Invite her to let you know if you can help further. Then use the Send refund link in the Action dropdown next to the transaction to complete it.
Once that is taken care of, see if you receive a response. If you do, you can once again apologize for the problem, and ask if she would be willing to change the feedback. (Don't do this until you either hear back from her and/or you receive the confirmation from eBay that the refund has been sent.) If she is willing, you can send a Feedback Revision request from the bottom of your Feedback page.
