Hi all,
sent a package thru eBay to a foreign address. eBay sent it thru DHL who cleared it as Outbound on Jan 26. Customer hasn't received it and there is no other data available from DHL.
How do I get further tracking info? The package was over $200 and will hurt as a refund.
