I have trouble signing in on only some devices. My desktop computer is fine as is my iPad. However if I use saved password on iPhone , laptop, or other device it says "Oops. Not a match" Even if I type it in manually.
Yes. I am using the correct password for those that may ask.
I'd prefer not to change my pw yet again. Thanks if anyone has any insight.

One obvious but easily overlooked thing to check -- make sure you are actually signing in to the same eBay account on your desktop as the other devices.
Otherwise, check to make sure you are not using an old bookmarked sign-in link -- try navigating to ebay.com directly and sign in from that page.
Try a different browser on your devices that you are having trouble signing in with to rule out browser issues. Preferably an up to date browser with few extensions installed.
Various network factors, such as using a VPN, or privacy software such as Ghostery or Disconnect, can cause sign-in issues as well. Blocking JavaScript on the sign-in page can cause various errors as well.

Thanks for the reply. My browsers are upto date. Ihave same trouble with or without VPN. I do use VPN on my desktop tho which does not have the problem. I only have the one account, so I'm fairly certain that is not the issue. I'm not using a bookmark link but typing url directly. I find it interesting that my iDevives behave so diferently.
How can I check java script blocking?

Are you absolutely certain you only have one eBay account? It is very easy to create a new account by signing in with social media. Very easy for folks to wind up signed in to different accounts on different devices, and then wonder why purchase history can't be found or why a new password does not work on one device but works on another.
If your desktop only works when using the VPN, maybe there is an issue with your network. Are your other devices using the same network?
Can you use the same network/VPN settings as your desktop with your mobile devices?
Are you able to sign in to the eBay app on your mobile devices?
