customer pay for item wants to be ship next week but i have 1 day shipping policy if i ship it next week i will affect my rating thanks

You do need to ship within your  shipping policy and cannot hold the item.  You may want to suggest to the buyer that they can have their mail held for them at the post office.  If not, ask if they want you to cancel the sale and have them repurchase at a later date.  Explain that your account will be penalized for a late shipment.
