When I look at your most recently sold item with Puerto Rico as the shipping destination, it just shows this:
"Check item description or contact seller for shipping options."
That means eBay International Shipping was not enabled for that item, most likely, whether it's at the account level, or that it was disqualified at the item level for some reason.
The good news is Puerto Rico should count as domestic shipping for USPS at least, so you can ship it just fine. I don't know how much you would likely have been paid for the shipping or if it'll cover it, though. You may want to check your shipping settings on your current items and make sure the size and weight is there, and that the correct shipping options you want to offer are enabled.
