I made two sales since opening an account on Ebay. I cannot print the labels so I mailed the items at the PO. Now my account says that I never mailed the items. How can I fix this.

Why can't you print the labels?  No printer?

If you paid the retail price at the post office (you get a discount if you print the shipping labels using ebay), you will need to enter the tracking number into the Sold transaction in order to get paid.  Since you are a new seller, ebay will send your payout after tracking shows Delivered to your buyer.  If no tracking, the payout might be held for up to 30 days.
