Help! Just sold something going to Taiwan from the US. Never did before. Small box measures 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" & 1" high. Weighs 4 ounces.
What is the procedure. I'd like to add insurance also.

Your listings appear to ship internationally via the Global Shipping Program.
You would only be shipping to the GSP hub in Erlanger, KY, not directly to Taiwan.
You shouldn't be able to send an invoice. eBay would handle that.
If you choose to insure the package, the cost is on you, not the buyer.
You can charge the buyer anything extra.
Once the buyer has paid, you will be provided with the shipping address.
That address will include a reference number.
If you use eBay Shipping labels, that # would automatically be included on the label.
If you are handwriting your address, be sure to include the #.
