shipping to Germany, By Ebay International Shipping

Ebay is telling my buyer that I don't ship to Germany, but Ebay tells me their International shipping ships world wide, now what.

What is the item number?  It's possible that the item is prohibited from being imported into Germany.

It's a toy Forklift that was made years ago in Germany Item number 235478093096. Sure would be nice to be able to talk to a live person at Ebay.

I went to that listing, clicked on the SHIPPING details, and sure enough, Germany is not on the list.  Is it possible they don't want any items made in West Germany to be imported into modern day Germany?
