shipping time

i have noticed over and over again sellers waiting as much as 13 days before shipping items i pay for my items as soon as i buy them only for the seller waiting days before shipping ...

13 days before they ship?  Are you sure it is 13 days before the estimated delivery date?  Most sellers, if they are top rated, ship with a 1 day handling time.
