shipping savings for sellers

It used to be that I sell something and then the seller (Me) gets to keep the savings for the shipping discount.  I have noticed with the last 5 things I have sold that the buyer got the savings on shipping and not me.  Am I doing something wrong or has something changed?

Change your discount setting to no discount here - https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf - click edit next to shipping discounts.

eBay may have changed the default to share your discount if you had not selected a setting.
