If you print the SAME label twice, you pay ONCE. You do not pay for a label every time you print it. You are allowed to reprint the same label as your printer could have messed, you spilled your coffee on the label or some other mishap may have happened.
If you find the need to reprint a label, you don't need to do anything as you are just charged for the initial purchase.
You only pay more than once if you create a completely new label, new tracking number.

Here's how to void a shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void.
- Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
- Select Void shipping label.
