Shipping labels are all connected to sold items. If you want to create a single label for multiple items sold to the same buyer, you can do that with bulk shipping.
Click purchase label next to one of the sold items, then click buy labels in bulk in the upper right of the label creation page. On the bulk label page, click combine orders for buyer at the top of the page.
