You don't need to reach an agent.
Use the Purchase another label option from the dropdown next to the sold item transaction to create a new label. Be sure to adjust the package size and weight as appropriate. Then add the tracking # to the second transaction. (Alternatively, if you use bulk shipping in Seller Hub, check the boxes next to the two transactions you want to combine, then select Shipping>Purchase shipping label from the options above your orders list. On the label creation page, click the Combine shipping option.)
