Help!,
I have a potential buyer of an item, he won't bid on the item because he can't see the city I'm shipping from. I've added my shipping address on the shipping from page and all my listing will show is shipping from Michigan or MI. How can I fix this to show the buyer where I'm shipping from. I know we can't exchange personal info.

If you look at my listings, you will see that I ship from Anaheim, CA. When you create the listings, for ITEM LOCATION, I entered 92802 as that is my zip code.

Thanks, I also was told it had something to do with the guaranteed authentic process. If someone actually purchases the item I have to ship it to an Authentication center (due to the selling price ) . Have a Great Day!

When filling out a listing form in the item location you should enter a city and state Ex: Hell, Mi - Grosse Pointe, Mi.
You can post a city's name in a reply to your buyer, just don't post the state as well.
Or take a photo of your left hand, with an "X" or with a finger from your right hand pointing to your approximate location in the state. If you are a Yooper, that may not work well.

Your item location is still the same even if you have to ship the item to an Authentication center.
FYI, since this is your first sale in over a year, there will be a hold placed on the payment, you may want to open the link below to find out how to handle it.
