shipping cost difference

Hello, I am new to Ebay and thought I understood the shipping.... I have run into a difference in prices, my buyer paid $15.00 for shipping when it's going to cost $16.95 to ship.  I don't want the buyer to pay the difference, I would rather not upset them. So, I have managed payments, how do I go about paying the difference? When I choose the shipping will the difference be automatically charged to me?  Thank you for your help.

You will pay whatever the label cost and the buyer will pay whatever the listing required them to pay.
