I don't ship internationally but sold an item that is shipping to China via 5781 NE Columbia Blvd. Portland Or. Is this legit and am I protected through Ebay if there are issues? Thank you

That is a freight forwarder address.
Overseas buyer use them when sellers don't ship internationally.
Your only responsible is to get the item to the address in Oregon
