If the item hasn't been delivered yet, I would go to usps.com and request a package recall. It will cost you about $15.
If already delivered, or out for delivery, send the buyer an apologetic note, and ask then to open a not as described return request so you can provide a return shipping label, and then a refund when it is returned.
Explain to the buyer that it is better to return the item for a refund, then if they still want the item they purchased, you will relist it so they can buy it again.
Then you also need to deal with the buyer who should have gotten the item - you will need to cancel their purchase, and again offer to relist so they can buy again after you have the item in hand.
I would not ask the wrong buyer to ship to the right buyer - your buyers might not like the idea of you sharing their address with a stranger.
