shipped item held at EBay UK hub

I shipped a suit ( + hangers) last week using ebay  global shipping program.

When it reached the UK hub in Leciester it was deemed restricted, the buyer has been fully refunded and I debited for the amount however there is update as to when my parcel will be returned to me 

What the best way for me to approach ebay to ensure that my goods are returned
