several lost packages

en 2 años tengo paquetes perdidos valor 600 dolares que dicen entregados y nunca llegaron e bay obviamente da la razon al vendedor y no obtengo reembolso alguien puede ayudarme con esto y aconsejarme?.... me acabo de enterar que tambien ebay tiene servicio de repartos como hago para contactarme y obtener este servicio? DESDE YA MUCHAS GRACIAS

ebay does not sell anything nor do they deliver anything.  Sellers advertise their items for sale on ebay.  Sellers can take their packages to the carriers directly to ship their items, or they can use ebay shipping to print out their labels, but the delivery is done via the US postal system, or Federal Express or United Parcel Service.

When you do not receive your item, you go to your Purchase history and file an Item Not Received case within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date.  The seller has 3 days in order to upload the tracking that shows Delivered, or refund you in full.
