How can I open return at buyers request, or does he have to do it? I sent wrong item. Correct one is ready to go and I want to send a return label in package for the other one. But how?

You have the buyer go to his/her Purchase history and select Return this item because it is Not as Described.  You agree to the return.  A prepaid label is provided for your buyer to print.  Once tracking shows DELIVERED you have 2 days to refund the buyer.  You then relist the item the buyer was supposed to have received and the buyer makes the purchase and pays and you ship.
