sent item to wrong person and they are not responding now

Hi, I sent a package to the wrong person by mistake and I have confirmation from the post office that it was delivered to them. However, they said they didn't receive when I first ask and now that I have told them that the post office confirmed delivery they are not responding. Do I have any recourse at all from eBay or at least feedback in the a review?

If they decide they like that item better and keep it, there's nothing you can do.

No, you can't leave bad feedback for a buyer, they didn't do anything wrong.
