sending the buyer a prepaid return label

I am trying to send a buyer a prepaid return shipping label.     I sent the buyer boots listed as mens when they were actually womens.   Because I was in a hurry to process the refund, I failed to send a prepaid return label during the refund process.    How do I now send this buyer a prepaid label for return?    Do I have to go outside of ebay to do so and send a pdf of the label?  I have tried going into order details and return details and I can't figure it out.    Thanks for any help.

Yes, you need to create a label outside of eBay and send it to the buyer.  You can get a free account at pirateship.com.  Create the label, and print it to a jpeg file so you can send it to the buyer in an eBay message.  You can not send a pdf.
