It's hard to make this short. My account was hacked, someone changed my sign-in user name and password. I am unable to access my account. I had items for sale, and something sold. Buyer paid, money was deposited into my bank account But I have no address. E-bay says they can't give the address because of security reasons (understood).Anybody know any way to contact the buyer? I'm sure by now the buyer is well beyond P$$$$%, the amount being over $300. All I want to do is send the item. Will e-bay contact me when the buyer opens a case? It can't be by my e-mail, because that was changed by the hacker. What do I do? Please help!!!

I realize you’re in panic mode, but you need to regroup.
It is a really bad idea to relist the card on this ID trying to find the buyer if the other item.
“Spawn Endgame 185-196 NM or better $326.00.
If you can’t log in to that account, ANYONE could send you a message on the new listing and say they were the buyer. You would have no way to disprove the claim.

If you have list control of your account:
Scroll to the bottom of any eBay page and click the Security Center link.
Scroll until you see the If you think you’ve been hacked. Click that. There will be step by step instructions for you there.

Thanks for your reply. Have tried it. Spent a total of 5-6 hours on the phone with e-bay. Apparently I need either user name or password to reset. have neither. The listing was the only thing I could think of. I guess I will just wait until case is opened. there goes my perfect feedback of 20 years! Do you think I should maybe send item to E-Bay, and let them handle it?

Oh, by the way. My user name is new, as I created a new account. That's why there is no feedback. And I do get what you mean concerning security. And I get E-Bays side, too, but there has to be an answer.

Did you contact eBay through the links I provided or did you call customer service?
Do not call eBay. Do not send anything to eBay corporate offices.
If you have no access to that listing, you will not know when or if they opened a case.
Go here https://www.ebay.com/help/account/protecting-account/get-help-hacked-account?id=4196
You need to get your account back in your control.
If you’re done trying, I am too.

Was this your original listing? Note that the account username appears to have been changed recently.

Another link to the original listing:
Armed with that username, contact eBay again about getting your original account back.

Oh, believe me, I am not done trying, and I appreciate your help. You sound as if you've been there.
I will try the protect my account link.
