sending a label to get a product returned.

HI

My buyer wanted to be refunded for an item that took forever to get to her via the mail.  She opened a case and I obliged with giving her a refund.  The case was closed.  Meanwhile the item has showed up.  I can't figure out how to send her return postage to get it back.  Can anyone walk me thru this?

You can not create a label or send her the money through eBay.

Open a free account at pirateship.com.  Create the return label and print it to a jpeg file. Send the jpeg to the buyer in an eBay message.

I tried to do that and Ebay stopped it.  ugh

Wow, I have never heard of that.  Could you try sending it again, and grab a screen shot of the error message? I'd like to get that to the eBay team.  You did use a jpeg, and not a pdf, correct?
