I made a purchase over a year ago and could not get simulator activated and was refunded. After shelving item for a period of time, I found a way after some research to activate the simulator. Because it was an old simulator, the instructions with it were obsolete.
Was not Sellers fault and simulator was good and is working. In my ~22 years and ~1192 transactions on e-bay, I have never need to do this. Product was ~$76.- with shipping and I don't want to rip anyone off.
