send my package to the wrong address

the seller sent me the track number. but when i call to ups the package have deferent name and address. a did  sent a email to him. it been 10 day. and nothing. what to do?

Get a letter from UPS stating that the package with that tracking number had another name and address.

While you're waiting for the letter, open an Item Not Received case through Ebay.

The case will probably be closed in the sellers favor, if tracking shows it was delivered.

Once you receive the letter from UPS, use it to appeal the INR case.
