Once the buyer files a returns request, you have 2 options. You can accept the return, in which case ebay will send the buyer a return shipping label, OR you can refund the buyer, in which case a full refund is issued to the buyer and a return label is not issued. If you want the item back after issuing the refund, you will need to use the CONTACT BUYER and see is s/he is willing to return the item. Since ebay can no longer issue a return label, I suggest using Pirateship.com to send the buyer a return shipping label.
