send an invoice for multiple items

Hi,

How do I send and invoice to a customer who wants to buy multiple items?

You can't send an invoice unless the buyer has won the items on auction, or has committed to buy the items through their shopping cart.  If you have enabled combined payments, then the buyer can 'request total from seller' from their cart.  If you have not turned on combined payments, they can not request a total and you can not send an invoice.

If you have not enabled combined payments -

1. On the Manage shipping settings - opens in new window or tab page, select Edit beside Allow combined payments and shipping.
2. Choose the time period during which you're willing to combine payment for purchased items and select Save.

3 days is good unless you allow more time for auctions to be combined.
