When I check the box contact seller, it won't let me type a message to the seller

This is schmiling..Why can't I type a message to the seller when I check the box contact seller

Can you share a screen shot of what you are seeing?  If it is the new message flow the typing field is all the way at the bottom of the page on the right (green arrow):

If the Seller added you to their blocked list you will not be able to send them a message.
