instrument sold for $2500. - buyer pays all shipping fees - according to ebay they take around a 6.5% for selliing plus for state sales tax , which here in MA is about 6.5% - which would be 13% total take - yet they only gave me back $1,985. !? They still owe me around $170. It`s been over a month - What the hell is going on !?

@zzza_44 Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but if you received your payout then it's complete.
eBay fees are charged on the item price + shipping + sales tax that is charged by the buyers state.
Fees are 13.6% for Accordions and instruments other than Guitars or Bases. ( If you sold before the fee change then the fee would have been 13.25%)
I know that reading the chart can be confusing.
