I have been selling with ebay for years. when they went from paypal to payoner things changed.
it took months for payoner to open my new account. finally yesterday I recived the ok to start selling again.
now I find i can only list 3 items.
I am in south africa and can find no way to talk to a human at ebay to correct this problem.
is there any advice for me to re set my seller limits
