A seller didn't respond to an offer and subsequently sold the item. How do I report them?

Seller can either accept, ignore, decline, counter, take someone else's offer, or let offers expire. Plus seller does not even have to take the highest offer.

Seller's aren't required to respond to offers ... and anyone is allowed to use the Buy It Now option while an offer is still pending.
The seller has done nothing wrong. There is nothing you can report them for.
